Amazing Weekend

We just had an amazing weekend at Kingsland! God is doing something special here, and I encourage you to get involved…Don’t miss out!

“Thank you” to everyone who is working so hard to make “Bless Bellwood” a success…Here is some of what happened this weekend:

1. Friday afternoon: The gospel was proclaimed at our Good News Club at Curtis Elementary, and two children came forward to receive Christ as Savior.
2. Saturday morning: Pastor Ronaldo led 22 members from Nueva Esperanza to pass out our fliers in the Dutch Gap neighborhoods. They had multiple opportunities to share the gospel (via the 3 Circles). They are going back to finish that neighborhood next Saturday at 9 am, and they would like a couple English speakers from KBC to join them. Contact Pastor Ronaldo if you’re interested in helping @ ronaldomunoz97@yahoo.com
3. Sunday morning: We had a great day of worship at Kingsland with several first-time guests and returning visitors. During Sunday school, adults were able to see the improvements that are being made upstairs with the ongoing construction of the education building, as well as downstairs in the preschool wing. Yearly progress is being made at KBC! “Thank you” William Pearce, Tommy Jenkins, Greg Edmonds, and all the others who have spent time painting and working so hard… It’s going to look amazing!
4. Sunday afternoon: We had about 50 KBC members blessing Bellwood. 3 lawn teams went out to help people in a very practical manner. 5 canvassing teams passed out fliers all over the Quail Oaks neighborhood. My team had the opportunity to share the 3 Circles gospel presentation on 4 separate occasions, just on one street…It was amazing. The people seemed very receptive to our efforts to bless the community. Lastly, basketball camp started with about 40 children participating and a dozen leaders serving. The kids had fun, and we shared the 3 Circles gospel presentation with each of them…PRAISE THE LORD!

Let’s pray that God blesses us this coming weekend as we continue to “Bless Bellwood.” Pray with me that many people get saved and some start coming to Kingsland & Nueva Esperanza as a result of our efforts!

Have a great week!

Pastor Pat
