KBC Family,
There are plenty of negative things going on in our country/media/politics, but we need to stay positive and keep trusting in Jesus regardless! No matter how bad things may get in this world, we know that God is still sovereign, so he has it all under control. In the midst of it all, God is doing some cool things around here at Kingsland. A dozen kids have made a salvation decision during our Wednesday night ministry so far this fall, and we’re having our 3rd baptism service in the last four weeks this coming Sunday. What’s even more exciting is that Pastor Ronaldo is also baptizing on Sunday morning during our joint worship service. Also, we’ve had a large number of kids showing up on Wednesday nights, but God has provided enough leaders for AWANA, Keepers, Contenders, and the youth program to minister to them. We continue our endeavor to feed the hungry, help the poor, share the gospel, disciple believers, worship God passionately, and find various ways to minister to those in need. On Sunday we’ll have a combined English/Spanish worship service at 11…This has been a very sweet time of worship over the past several years that we’ve done it. Afterward, we will fellowship together in our Family Life Center. Nueva Esperanza is preparing lunch for all of us, so come to church hungry (for God’s Word & for good food!). If you know anyone who speaks Spanish, this is the perfect time to invite them to visit KBC!
Please pray for God to move in your church, and get involved personally by attending, tithing, serving in a ministry, inviting others to attend, worshiping passionately, encouraging your brothers and sisters in Christ, and living out your faith throughout the week. I love you in the Lord and am praying for you.
